Cremona
For every violin enthusiast, a visit to the Cremona museum will be a moment of great interest. The museum is divided into several sections that let you discover the secrets of a violin-making school famous throughout the world, its origins, spread and the vicissitudes that occurred here over the centuries. In order to immerse oneself even further in that period, the workshop of a typical luthier has been recreated and it is also possible to browse the virtual books handed down and the stories of the major families of Cremonese luthiers from the classical era. The precious heart of the museum is the exhibition of the most important instruments of the Cremonese classics and we find instruments by Stradivari, Amati and Garnieri.
